 Standard Processing Time: 10 to 30 business days, depending on the specifications of the order.

Free Delivery & Installation: Available for orders above 80 OMR in Busher, al-Amirat, al-Seeb, and Barkah. For other areas, delivery charges will be applied as agreed.

Holiday Delivery: During special holidays (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and National Day), order processing may take longer, and delivery time may be extended by an additional 2 to 4 days.

Montara Style: 2.5 times the width of the doorway.

Chiffon: 2.5 times the width of the doorway.

 Installation Warranty: 1-year installation warranty for curtains.

Exclusions: Fabric and chiffon are not covered under the warranty.

 Return Period: Customers can return the product within 7 business days of receipt only if there is a design or color mismatch or physical damage upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Since all products are made-to-order based on customer specifications, other reasons for return, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the model, are not eligible for return.
