 Return Period: Customers can return the product within 7 business days only if there is a color or design mismatch or physical damage upon delivery.

Return Conditions:

Design or Color Mismatch: If the delivered product's design or color differs from what was originally ordered.

Physical Damage: If the product is damaged or has defects upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Since all products are made-to-order based on specific customer requests, other reasons for return, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the model, are not eligible for return.

Return Request Process: To initiate a return, contact customer support within 7 business days and provide details and images of the issue via WhatsApp or email.

Return Fees: If the issue is confirmed to be due to a design, color mismatch, or physical defect, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.

 Standard Processing Time: 25 business days (approximately 4 weeks).

Free Delivery: Available for orders above 80 OMR in Busher, al-Amerat, al-Seeb, and Barka. For other areas, delivery charges will be applied as agreed.

Holiday Delivery: During special holidays (e.g., Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and National Day), order processing may take longer, and delivery time may increase by an additional 2 to 4 days.
